Booking Fees

SkinGenius clinic strive to provide a professional service at competitive prices and request that patients attend on time to all appointments.

New patients

A £30 non-refundable booking fee is charged to secure your first appointment which is redeemable against treatments or products within 2 months of your consultation date. The booking fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or choose to not go ahead with treatment for personal reasons.
If you fail to attend your consultation but would like to rebook please note an additional booking fee of £30 will apply.

Cancellation, failure to arrive for appointments and late arrival
You must give two working days’ notice to SkinGenius clinic in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule any appointments, failure to do this will result in a cancellation fee of £30.
Missed appointments will also incur a fee of £30.
Any patients who have pre-purchased a course of treatment will forfeit one of the treatments from their course if they fail to comply with the above terms.

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling appointments can only be made online or by telephoning the Clinic during clinic opening hours. Out of hours, messages will not be accepted.
Appointments cannot be rescheduled online within the 48 time period.

Courses

All pre-paid courses are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of the booking.

Supervision of children in Clinic

We welcome children into the Clinic. However, we regret that staff cannot supervise children during treatments due to health & safety and insurance purposes and will not be allowed into the treatment rooms.
