SkinGenius Clinic founder, Martine Jarman, is an internationally renowned Aesthetic Skin Practitioner with extensive expertise in cosmeceutical science and skin health procedures. Martine’s work has been recognised by a large number of industry awards, her most recent title – Aesthetic Therapist of the Year at the prestigious Aesthetic Medicine Awards 2022 – acknowledged her long-term commitment to achieving excellence and raising industry standards. Martine is also listed in the “The Ultimate 100 Global Aesthetic Leaders” publication.

Martine has an extensive history of innovating in the beauty and aesthetic industry. Initially qualifying with a distinction as an International Aesthetician in 1996 and later qualifying as a teacher in further education, Martine specialises in the subjects of cosmetic science, anti-ageing skin health procedures, cosmetic dermatology and dermoscopy and is also a qualified phlebotomist.

Martine’s elite level of expertise in the field of cosmeceuticals and skin rejuvenation procedures has also been acknowledged. She has been invited to speak at national beauty and aesthetic conferences and has lectured worldwide to aesthetic practitioners on the latest concepts in cosmetic science.

Martine is retained as a consultant to leading cosmeceutical companies and is an educator for City & Guilds, assisting in the development of new industry qualifications. She is also a board advisor for the JCCP – Fit to Practice Board. In 2020, Martine became a government advisor, giving feedback to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on safety in the hair and beauty industry during COVID-19.

Martine believes in delivering long-term results, not short-term cover-ups and in using science-led products and treatments that target the skin at a cellular level.
